This agreement has been concluded between the consumer in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in order for the consumer to purchase the goods/services, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified below, by placing an order electronically and to fulfill the rights and obligations specified in the contract.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the characteristics, sales price, payment and delivery terms of the product/service ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website.

ARTICLE 3 – INFORMATION ON GOODS/SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT


Type and Type of Product/Service: Men's clothing products (shirts, jackets, trousers, t-shirts, etc.) offered for sale on our website.

    • Quantity: The quantity specified in the buyer's order form.

    • Sales Price: The amount specified on the product page and cart screen at the time the order is placed.

    • Payment Method: Payment method chosen by the buyer (credit card, debit card, etc.).

    • Delivery Address: The delivery address specified by the buyer at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

  • The product will be sent to the address specified by the buyer in his order.

  • Delivery time is 3 business days at the latest and the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

  • If the recipient is not at the address during delivery, the responsibility arising from this lies with the recipient.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified in writing or via permanent data storage within this period.

  • Returned products must be unused and the packaging must be undamaged.

  • Products that are not within the scope of the right of withdrawal (personalized, perishable, products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, etc.) cannot be returned as per the regulation.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product price will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal reaches the seller.

  • Refunds will be made in the same way as the buyer paid.

  • The cost of returning the product will be covered by the customer.

ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place where the buyer resides or where the purchase is made are authorized, within the monetary limits declared annually by the Ministry of Commerce.

ARTICLE 8 – ENFORCEMENT
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
This agreement has been established and entered into force by being approved electronically.
