Orders and Shipping
All weekday orders are shipped the same day if received by 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments within Türkiye are completed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
All our shipments are handled by Yurtiçi Kargo. For orders over 2,500 TL, our company covers the shipping cost. For orders under 2,500 TL, a standard shipping fee of 110 TL will apply. Your orders are delivered to your address safely and discreetly.
Our deliveries are made with Yurtiçi Kargo and are completed within 1–3 business days. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your products. Products must be unused, unlabeled, and in their original packaging. To initiate the process, please contact us via email at info@2512co.com or by phone at 0531 717 07 46; shipping instructions and a tracking number will be sent to you.
